how many tool changes? if i progged that job my boss would have sacked me after the 4th tool change no matter how quick the ATC

Most machines can reproduce accurate results Haas makes very nice machines but im sure you can get the same results out of other machines perhaps not as fast as this one can do, but i recall many skateboard trucks are made with molds seeing as many do not have machining marks on them but rather lines where two molds met, maybe the high end skateboard trucks u r talking about are machined though cant say ive seen those

Im gessing you guys know about CNC machines. Anyway, my question has to deal with making Precision Skateboard trucks. Most companies use a CNC machine to make Precision skate trucks, but would it be better or worse to use an HAAS machine?
