How to Maintenance the CNC machine (lathe or milling)?
I want setp by step process.with relevent figures.
Maintenance on the machine.. change the coolant..
change the hydraulic oil..
adjust the gibs in the slides…
How many volumes would you like…
when all else fails read the manual that came with the machine…

Seriously, why are you asking here? Every CNC machine is different. Consult the manufacturer for cleaning procedures.

Hi. The ways must be free of dirt or chips and double check the auto lube. If these are OK then the machine should act just as well as a manual machine, only much more repeatable.
